On Wednesday we roasted our newest bean from Ethiopia, Sidamo Grade 4 Guji. This medium mouth feel coffee has a well rounded flavor and is less acidic than typical Ethiopian varieties like Gera. We also roasted Mexican Oaxaca, Santa Barbara from Columbia, Brazil and a blend of the new Ethiopian and Brazillian. Finally we did a small batch of our Costa Rican Honey. All these are available and we also have a few bags left from our roast on the 10th of Indian Monsoon and Kenya.
In other news, we got an order of green beans today — Bali Blue Moon is back! Stay tuned for when we add this to our roster. We also have another new bean from Ethiopian, which will premier in a few weeks.
Our in house espresso bar will be premiering our winter specialty drinks next weekend. That’s right, this is the last week to get warm caramel apple cider or pumpkin pie lattes! Better come down and get your fix before needing to wait until another fall season.
